AI & Automated Systems Disclosure

This disclosure explains how Precision AI Systems describes AI and automated systems, the limits of those systems, and the responsibilities that remain with people.

Effective date: 2026-09-06

Version: PAIS-AI-1.0

Who we are and why this disclosure exists

Precision AI Systems is operated by Steven Robertson, sole proprietor.

Precision AI Systems provides general business and educational information about governed AI-enabled reception, intake, workflow, operational coordination, and related systems for professional-service organizations.

Nature of AI and automated systems

AI and automated systems use software-defined instructions, models, integrations, and operating rules to process information or support an approved workflow. An automated interaction is not a human interaction merely because it uses conversational language.

The public website does not currently provide an active AI assistant. If an AI assistant is introduced, it will identify itself as an AI system and provide links to this disclosure and the Privacy Policy.

Limitations and possible errors

AI and automation systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or unexpected results. They can misunderstand information, encounter unavailable dependencies, or operate outside an intended path if boundaries and recovery behavior are not properly defined and tested.

Appropriate implementation may require:

  • Defined information and action boundaries.
  • Validation, monitoring, escalation, and recovery paths.
  • Access controls, testing, and ongoing adjustment.
  • Human review proportionate to the workflow and its consequences.

Human responsibility and professional judgment

AI systems do not replace the responsibility of qualified people for legal advice, case acceptance, conflicts, tax positions, accounting judgments, financial decisions, medical decisions, or other consequential professional determinations.

Website examples, diagrams, descriptions, and Evaluation discussions do not establish that a system is suitable for a particular use, satisfies a professional obligation, or can lawfully process a particular category of information.

Information and privacy boundaries

Do not provide confidential, privileged, medical, financial-account, authentication, client case information, or other sensitive information through public website forms, ordinary email, or a future website AI assistant.

For more information, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

No guaranteed results

Examples or descriptions of AI-enabled workflows do not guarantee financial, operational, revenue, staffing, efficiency, conversion, compliance, compatibility, or other outcomes. Suitability depends on evaluation and validation of the specific workflow, systems, permissions, provider terms, and professional responsibilities.

Changes and questions

This disclosure may be updated as the website, available systems, or operating practices change. Questions may be sent to info@precisionaisystems.com.
